It opens a wide vistas that will change education management is done in Schools/ Colleges by bringing a futuristic SMART solution on to mobile touch screens and computer monitors.
Who can login to Naino School Manager?
Naino School Manager has been developed keeping in mind all user types attached with school one or another way. There is login for ADMIN to manage multiple institutes, principal, teachers, accounts, librarian, transportation officer, other school staff, parents and students.
How As a School / Institute Works ?
Register your school/ institute with Naino School Manager.
Sign contract with our company, we process the data.
Get your admin login, password and you go live.
How do I install?
There is no need of installation. You can operate on any computer having internet connection, a valid USER ID and Password provided by us.
Can I install it on multiple computers?
There is no need of installation you can use it on any computer from any where any time having internet connection. Just Open Provided URL and Put USER ID and Password.
What to do when any error occur?
On every page there is a feedback link. Use this link to report your error or any problem. We will handle it as soon as possible.
How do I update the software?
You do not need to any thing to get update. It will automatically updated from our end time to time.
What is procedure to Purchase ?
Just write us or contact over phone to get details, you can pay to us by online account transfer or NEFT to our bank account.
Is there any annual fee ?
Yes after a term of one year you have to pay annual maintenance fee i.e. approx thirty percent of the cost of software.
What to do if needed any modification or extra module is required ?
Just write to us for the same.
How much it cost for extra module ?
If the module is intended only to your personalized purpose (Means useless for others) only then you are charged, otherwise no need to pay any extra amount.
What are the things we should know before using Naino School Manager?
Things you should know before using Naino School Manager:-
Naino School Manager cannot be implemented in an institute in a day or two. You need to do this phase by phase. You need to enter the current students' details and then run the application with the basic modules of Events, Circular etc. Then go to Fee module, Exam module etc. Don't try to use all the modules from day one. There should be at least one Naino School Manager admin who knows the Naino School Manager application very well in the institute. The Naino School Manager admin needs to guide the other users of the application User should definitely go through the Work Flow of Naino School Manager before starting using/ implementing it.
1. You can login to the Naino School Manager using the User-name and Password provided. You can create Institution and other settings from there. You can change the password once you login into the system.
2. Your logo needs to designed in 150x110 pixel dimension. If not, your logo may appear blurred or cropped.
3. You cannot send an SMS from your instance if you haven't set up a bulk SMS API integrated to Naino School Manager. You need to purchase a SMS API which can be integrated with the Naino School Manager.
4. You can use Naino School Manager for demo purpose or testing the application. Your main instance is not meant for testing. The issue with this is, you may not be able to delete some specific junk data only because of dependency issue e.g. batch cannot be deleted if students and subjects are added to that batch. The only way then is drop the entire DB, which means you have to enter all the data from the start.
5. You can access Naino School Manager from your custom domain. For this you need to add the CNAME and point to the server where Naino School Manager is hosted. Many a times users create a subdomain. You need to add CNAME/ A Record and not sub domain. Naino School Manager team won't be doing this as the domain control panel comes under your authority level.
6. Correct format should be followed while using Data import/ Custom import module so that data can be imported. Otherwise it may result in error and data will not be uploaded. You should save the file as Excel only. You should enter the mandatory fields and should enter in the recommended format only as told in the manual. Fields which needs to be created prior to data upload should be created i.e. courses and batches, employee department, position etc.
?Can multiple users use their separate password?
Create Users: You can create users by the software.
User Groups: It can be used among a group of employees in a single time.
User Rights: Administration allows an admin to have full control on delegation of authority to the various employees so that their domain of operation may be restricted to their own department only. No employee is able to see/ edit/ modify the information that is not pertinent to his/ her role in the organization. This acts as a great Management tool and allows authorities to have direct control over the employees' access to the software and to the school's information resources in general.
Change Password: Multiple users can use their separate password and also change the password.
